This 23 minute interview focuses on Barry and Janae's newly released and revised edition of Conflict Resolution: The Partnership Way.

Lara is an excellent interviewer (she actually read the book before the interview!) and really helped us speak to the heart of our book. She interviewed us as part of her "Sweet Spot" show again (this was our third time).
